Reparenting our Inner Child by Writing a Therapeutic Letter

Reparenting ourselves is a powerful healing skill. We provide ourselves with the experiences and validation we needed when we grew up. We recognise and hear our inner child and allow ourselves the space and grace to speak authentically. In this episode I discuss 10 tips for writing a letter to our parents/carers that we DO NOT SEND.
